I ordered earbuds on Verizon portal order number xxxxxxx. Order was canceled by verizon and I never received a refund or the product. $100 was charged on a gift card and $38.11 on my credit card. I contacted the support multiple times since the transactaion and they were helpless, transfered me 100x times and no one solved it. I would like to receive both refunds $100 that was a gift card and the charge on my credit card of $38.11.
As per reddit posts and several posts on this forum, it seems a common practice from Verizon.
