I'm really enjoying this new website. What does everyone else think?
I like the new layout too. Sure hope the CSRs will be able to use the forums again soon; I know the admins have been working on it.
I'm liking it too. Compared to other platforms migrations, I felt better informed before it happened and had only minor issues navigating the new site. There are always some transition issues, and the CSR access issue is one of the biggest issues I have heard of since I joined this community. I hope they find a solution soon.
Yes, the admins were wonderful with announcing the forum shutdown/changes last fall and keeping us up to date during the winter about the forum progress. When I saw your post, the first thing I thought of was an old forum I used to participate in many years ago. The admin kept the place going for a few months, then suddenly the forum went into the ozone. Someone who knew the admin posted in a different forum, "____ , what happened to your forum?" ____ answered, "Oh, I was just being a j*rk." Never brought his forum back either…
