I shipped two trade in devices at the same time. Both show delivered on the same date (04/02/26). One shows received and credited, but the other has still not been received by Verizon.
Was each trade-in device in a separate package, or were both devices in the same box?
I used the bar codes provided for each device, handed them one at a time to the employee at a UPS Store. I have two different tracking numbers.
Thanks for the clarification. It used to be a problem where people would only get one return kit and then ship multiple trade-in devices in the same box, which would cause only one device to be credited properly, and the others would get lost in the shuffle.
I don't know if you were looking up the tracking number of the 2nd package via the shipper, or using the trade-in tracker with Verizon to look up the progress of your trade-in. I did find this information on Verizon's website for tracking the status of a trade-in:

If that's not getting you anywhere, the best bet for contacting Verizon if you have social media is to private message their support account at one of their social media channels, as the CSRs are currently unable to use these forums due to ongoing work in progress. If you don't have social media, use the "contact us" link at the top of the forum page, or live chat via My Verizon.
