Same here in Baton Rouge Louisiana and in Prairieville Louisiana. And I can't get no one to answer at Verizon either on the phone or chat online!
If you are unable to make calls on cellular service, have you tried restarting your phone and/or performing a network reset? Also use the "check network status" link on the main forum page to see if there are any outages in your area.
