If you want a Verizon carrier phone, visit Verizon.com and go to the Shop section. For a factory unlocked phone, would recommend visiting the manufacturer of your choice's website. Don't buy phones from some small, unknown vendor or through online "flea markets" as that's a great way to get ripped off.
