My phone becomes dormeant (sleeps) every night, its a Iphone 17e 12am-6am, I have changed every settings and have had Verizon Techs working on it, unable to correct
Hello @tlporter your phone is most likely going into sleep mode every night. Visit apple support page Turn your Sleep Focus on or off on iPhone to learn how to turn the sleep focus feature off.
I don't know why you can't stop the phone from going to sleep, unless that's some kind of pre-programmed mode which can't be erased. Have you tried looking in the Apple Community or elsewhere on the internet?
Random thought, but is your phone or its settings backed up in the cloud somewhere? If the sleep mode setting was backed up and your phone is synced to the cloud, then maybe it's the cloud settings kicking in with the phone persistently going to sleep.
