I’ve been going back and forth with customer service for few months regarding the $300 gift card I was promised when I signed up as a new Verizon customer in January 2026. Each representative has given me different information, and while I’ve tried to remain patient and understanding, this has become increasingly frustrating.
I was initially told to wait 80–90 days, but now I’m being told that no such promotion existed. I have yet to receive any clear or accurate guidance on how to claim this gift card, and it feels like I’ve been sent in circles without resolution.
I would appreciate clear direction on how this can be resolved and how I can receive the $300 gift card associated with my sign-up. This situation is very disappointing, especially since the promotion was a key factor in my decision to switch. If this cannot be resolved, I will have to seriously reconsider continuing my service with Verizon.
