In August of 2025 I got a message thanking me for being a customer for 20 years and offering a deal for a Samsung s24 free as a thank you I accepted the offer and ordered the phone after 2 days I got a message saying the order was canceled. I called in to see why and they said it was because no phones were available with the standard storage but they would upgrade me to the bigger storage phone at no charge so I ordered it and the same thing I called in after a week to see why nothing changed with the order and they said the same thing no s24 phones in stock at all so the offered to upgrade me to the s25 for the same deal I accepted and finally got the phone I waited the 2 billing cycles like they had said to see the credit for the phone and nothing. I've called in 5 times since December and each time im on the phone for 30-60 minutes the assure me that the fixed the issue and I'll see it on the bill within 2 billing cycles and receive a full refund on what I've paid since I got the phone and each time nothing changes I kinda tired of calling in and waisting time to get nowhere. I'm at the point of canceling all of my services and switching to another provider. It's amazing that they will lie to a 20 year customer offer them a deal then keep charging me. Not sure what else to do or where else to call I call the same place each time and end up with out of country support any other ideas other than canceling service and moving on would be greatly appreciated.
