I get about 4-5 calls daily from 980 area. I report junk and delete, but still receive them. How to I/you address this issue?
Sounds like these numbers are spoofed by bad actors, which is why you keep getting calls even if you block one of them…the bad actors change the numbers all the time to avoid being caught. If Verizon Call Filter isn't doing the trick, you'd have to try a 3rd party app. Or set your phone app to block all calls not on your contacts list. This can be inconvenient because you'd miss legitimate calls from businesses such as doctors' offices using an automated service for reminder calls.
