Hi All,
I am having issues with my service. I am trying to use the Fios TV Mobile App on multiple devices (IOS and Amazon). I am home and connected to my Fios WiFi. I am getting the Out Of Home Message. I have attempted to reboot the Fios Router (G1100) and even reset the ONT with no luck. Even when I log into my Fios account it says I am offline on the status page but I am clearly online. Any suggestions to resolve this issue?
