I recently visited a Verizon store to upgrade my phone. I returned the new phone the same day.
After the store rep reactivated my original phone, my contacts with iPhones are getting undeliverable messages when trying to send me texts.
I am using Next SMS and have been for years without an issue.
I went to two different stores and no one has a clue how to resolve this.
My company uses Next SMS across the board without an issue. It doesn't support RCS and has not been a problem since after I decided not to trade in my device.
I need this resolved asap please as it impacts my ability to work.
(Changing to Google Messages is not an option.)
