flip phone backup

I recently got a TCL flip 3 phone. I noticed it had backup feature. i tried to use it. it did not backup.

there is a previous backup from 2024 that was backed up from an LG flip phone before it stopped working.

how do i get it to work?

also, is the data on To do apps and notes app on the TCL Flip Pro (bad cable in the hinge causing display blackout or whiteout) transferrable to TCL Flip 3?

The only data class a basic device such as a TCL Flip 3 can backup is contact's.

From what I found on Google, if you are using the backup feature, you have to make sure the "back up to Google Drive" option is turned on. You can also try transferring the data to an SD card or a PC. If you want more details, Google "TCL Flip 3 backup" as it also tells you how to transfer data from one phone to another.
