In December I traded in my iPhone 13 Pro Max. I turned it in at the store in my city. They credited $220 to my account and told me the rest would be in credits on the phone payments. Everything shows that it’s still being processed. After 24 years of service through Verizon you would think I would be treated better. I think I will close my account after I pay the phone off.
