I just found out my Fios went up by $10 a month ($49.99 to $59.99). I looked at the bill and it says Fios internet service increase as reason. I called customer rep and he told me the 2 yr price guarantee passed. I explained I never received any notifications on the price increase, he told me to check my spam folder (I'm pretty sure this is a standard line to push customers away). After I told him I didn't and ask him to check his system to prove when Verizon sent me the notifications, he acknowledges Verizon doesn't notify customers. Very upset at Verizon, this is terrible practice and wrong for not giving heads up to customers!!!
