I recently have switched from ATT to Verizon but need to know where to send the 3 att devices that are paid off via the verizon promotion. Please advise.
There should be a promotion in your My Verizon account for "we'll pay off your phone" or something similar. If you click/tap on that item, there will be instructions on how to send in your old phones. If you don't see any such offer in your account - this promotion isn't showing on the Verizon website either when I last looked, so may have expired.
Currently, the CSRs are unable to use these forums. Your best bet for contacting Verizon would be through social media. If you don't have social media, use either the "contact us" link at the top of the forum page, or live chat in My Verizon.
