Hi, please see the thread I linked below where I posted details on how to find a lost phone. You will also have options to remotely lock or factory reset the phone if it is most likely stolen. If the phone cannot be found or is most likely stolen, contact Verizon either through social media, the "contact us" link at the top of the forum page, or through live chat in My Verizon to suspend your line and get the phone blacklisted. Unfortunately, the CSRs are currently unable to use these forums. Hope the missing phone does turn up.
