I recently purchased a Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra from Best Buy. At the time of purchase, I was told I qualified for the $1100 trade-in promotion as long as I changed my plan to Unlimited Ultimate.
I’ve already set up and activated the new phone, and I updated my plan, but when I log into my Verizon account I don’t see any trade-in status or pending promotion listed anywhere.
Can you please verify whether the $1100 promotional trade-in offer is correctly attached to my upgrade and line before I turn in my old device? I’m planning to return my trade-in phone at a local Verizon corporate store, but I want to make sure the promotion is locked in first.
