Thanks Verizon, I posted about how estatic i would be just to get good 4g LTE service when you all bragged about pushing out 5g. Glad someone is enjoying, but my 4G LTE service is just crap! I've had enough of poor service and a nonresponsive company. Between your AI and customer reps, you want me to keep resetting and checking my phone, buy a network extender or invest in a signal booster, neither of which will do me any good when we have power outage for several hours due to storms as we did few days ago. Gee, more expense on my part. Decibel readings are running in the 120's most of time, on good days it might drop to -113 but usually runs in range of -116 to -131. Want screen shot proof? Its not my phone, think you need to look at your stuff. In mean time, I'll be shopping for a new carrier. It's a shame when I bring to your attention, that my problem just gets pushed to the not important box. You all used to have good reception, used to have decent customer service, but seems you have your focus elsewhere while your service deteriorates. PS: Fire your AI.
