I recently eceived a called from the Loyalty & Retention department offering me a deal because I have been with Verizon for 10 years. The rep placed an order for me to receive new equipment at no cost to me and a discount on my billing. Well, Verizon sales department called it fraud, restricted me from my account and the offer made to me was cancelled and I received an email yesterday telling me I need to pay the whe bill. Any offers from the Liyalty and Retention Department are not honor! This is so sad. This is not the first time I was offered a discount the the following bill the discounts were added back to my bill. I almost had to get really ugly. Can someone explain this to me?
