Network Dead Zone

For years, we experienced a network deadzone in the area of ***** Vestavia Hills, AL 35243. It’s been frustrating and it doesn’t seem to get any better. Does anyone have an answer? I’ve submitted complaints about the coverage gap and never get a response. We are considering a business lease in that area but don’t want to be negatively impacted by this dead zone.

Dead zones have many causes. If it is a problem with not having enough towers there, that's going to take a long time to fix due to all the red tape involved. However, it could be some unrelated equipment from someone else which is either intentionally or unintentionally blocking the cellular signal. Those aren't the only reasons why a place is a dead zone. If this address is your home or workspace, you could obtain a 4G network extender from Verizon if you have a wired internet connection to connect the extender. Another option is a 3rd party signal booster compatible with Verizon.
