Hello, my boyfriend bought me a phone, and I want to transfer everything to it without changing my number. The phone I'm currently using is under my father's name, and the carrier for both this phone and my new phone is the same. If I go to Verizon to switch everything from my phone to my new one would my father have to go? Or only my boyfriend whose name is under my new phone.
