Yesterday, May 28th 2026, my son and I spent nearly four hours chatting with three representatives to upgrade two phones.

We were not able to upgrade our phones; the quote orders kept repeatedly failing and resulting in an error message. In the end, we were left in a lurch. Disappointed with Verizonwireless

Sorry to hear about your experience. I'm speculating, but if the orders refuse to go through, it's either a credit limit issue, or something else with your credit like it being frozen at the credit bureaus, so a credit check cannot go through. Or if you were trying to claim a promotion, you need to be on a current service plan. If you are using an older plan not available to incoming customers, then things don't work. I've read of instances where people somehow manage to get an ad which doesn't actually apply to their situation.
