I just recently gave birth in February and I had gotten a new device in January. I was told that I would be getting a free device with the trade-in. I was not informed that that would be over a 36 month period and then I had to stay with you all the entire time or I would have to pay the full amount. I am now four months postpartum and have switched to a different provider due to the fact that they could provide me with a much lower premium. My question is why am I now liable for the full amount when I was told my trade-in would account for a free device? I am very close to contacting the Better Business Bureau because this is not OK and as a one income household, I cannot afford to pay the full cost of this device. I would’ve kept my old one had I been told the truth.
