FiOS Extenders Keep Showing Up as Offline Even Though Not Connected

I have 2 older FiOS Extenders that are no longer connected to my network. They keep showing up as offline in the Verizon Home App. How do I remove these from the list? Short of a factory reset on the Router (I do not want to do), how do get these to not show up? There doesn’t seem to be a way to remove them in the app.

I'm wondering if this is a version of how My Verizon used to not be able to remove obsolete or dead network extenders. Found this link with specific contact information for the Verizon Home App. Open up the "app support" section on the right, and an email address and other contact info will appear.
