I made a post on how I left Verizon and how I can not see my bill anymore. And the post did not get approved. Anyone else have this issue? I also asked why are so many people leaving to other companies and why is Verizon not doing anything about it?
verizon dont care! theres to many over sea's ppl handling stuff for them. and they promise this and that and you get nothing!! and Ive had signal problems with my service since last summer, went all the way to the top and after hrs and hrs of this ticket and that ticket the corperate office told me to swich cell company's insted of simply having the tower climbers go fix the tower that was damaged in 130 mph strait line wind. So there ya go for 1 example of why ppl are leaving verizon. Im going to go with "visable" for cell service you still get service but you dont pay the high price premium and you do on line chat for issues and there smarter there to
