I have been a customer for 13 years. About a month ago our neighborhood started experience network issues where a majority of the customers have 1 bar or SOS when we leave our houses and are using cell instead of WiFi. Calls drop all over our neighborhood and it is a safety issue because we cannot get calls or texts from our family and children. I, as well as several neighbors, have opened escalation tickets and Verizon keeps closing them saying there is no issues. I finally got someone from Escalation services to call me last night and her name was “Suzie”. She said she saw many tickets opened and closed and wanted to connect me with a local Technitian in charge of our area and to hold for a minute. When she had me on hold I heard the conversation with her and the technician where she said “I have a customer on the other line who is complaining can you make up something that acts like we are fixing it. The Technician then replied that they won’t fix it because it’s not an affluent area and they both laughed to each other”. When I got on the line I told them I heard the conversation they had and they both hung up.
I need immediately for someone at Verizon to call me. This is horrible and will take this to the news and media.
