I have the Ultimate Unlimited plan and went to upgrade my phone which is supposed to get me a $900 trade in credit but the app says my phone is worth 0 (it's a s25fe) and when I spoke to a rep on the phone they said that the phone wasn't eligible for a trade in at all. It's paid off and couldn't be blacklisted because I bought it new from Samsung. The rep had no explanation and wasn't inclined to dig deeper for an explanation. Anyone?
