I previously had a Verizon mobile acct, then I got a V Home internet modem, then changed cell plans. I still have the Home modem. With programming requirements nowadays, pay walls require “verify tv provider”. Nothing I do works. Any ideas?
Is this a case of having streaming services tied to My Verizon, through a mobile account which is now disconnected? The only thing I can think of is to attempt to login to My Verizon with the User ID associated with the old account because you need to cancel your "orphaned" perks. Unless you are able to view your perks while logged into the home internet account.
