COmplaint 1 - you make it impossible to complain. As expected.
COmplain 2 - every year, for 5 years, it takes 4-5 hours with 4-5 verizon people including supervisors and tech support to activate 1 simple hotspot device I bought from you guys. Supervisors hang up on me, say they'll call back and never do, double charge me for 2 lines and 2 activation fees, that scratching the surface. Your service is HORRIBLE. Every year the EXACT SAME THING. I have names of everyone I talk to at Verizon and try to complain about them, especially supervisors who don't know how to do anything or, like cfhildren, hang up and move on because they know they do not have to be accountable for anything. They won't give any info about them for a customer to identify the, calls aren't recorded, complaining to a cust service supervisdor goes NOWHERE, and all you have a email for customer communicaiton that is all AI garbage and doesn't give any real 'complaint' method so emails go into the stratesphere and never get to the terrible customer service people. ZERO accountability. Pathetic - you're all cowards with zero ethics or integrity. DO NOT REPLY TO THIS WITH SOME MEANINGLESS 'IM SORRY WE STRIVE TO BLAH BLAH BLAH…" Oh wait, it will be AI that replies or actually dumps this message into the trash. LOATHE you guys.
