Let me start by saying I’ve been a customer Of Verizon for 7 years.
An incompetent agent somehow managed to disconnect my line 6 months later of me paying and “trying” to fix this line I get the news that my line is being used by someone in att.
what do I get and ooops sorry we will credit you 100$
After paying 400$ a month for 7 years this is the kind of service I receive??
and to top it off my bank , emails, social accounts, pictures all tied to this line.
Some how no one can help.
verizon I need an explanation I need and deserve some deep dive.
