I contacted Verizon customer service yesterday regarding an ongoing issue with my network connection problems at my house. Since I joined Verizon cellphone service I am unable to receive a signal in my house, in my garage, and in my backyard. I requested they send me an extender for free. Well after being shuttled to five differnt agents, I accomplished nothing. Two of them kept persisting I had a problem with my Fios, which I did not. So I explain the problem five times. The last agent tells me I cannot get a signal at my house because I am on a basic plan. I am on Verizon unlimited plus. Then she tells me my data will be throttle since I am on basic plan, which I am not. I advise her again that I cannot recieve a signal at all. I would like a free extender for my house from my router. This apparently is ignored by the agent, she will reset my network. Well this does absolutely nothing. I again ask for an extender, she refuses and tells me it will take an hour to reset my network. Horrible customer service. And I still do not have service in my house, yard, or garage. Any suggestions?
