I saw somewhere Motorola has an app that will transfer everything? I have a Motorola 2021, and am getting a Motorola 2025. The phone part on the 2021 does not work at all, everything else does. I have talked to at least 19 CSA some were supposedly going to straighten it out. They even changed the sim card and still the same. I don't want to lose my messages, names or pictures? I could have got a new one IF I changed my plan, it even went to some committee. No luck. so much for 18 years with them. Well, I am getting it Thursday. I hopefully won't have any problems, 3+ weeks without is going beyond loyalty. They said my plan is grandfathered, changing my plan doubles it. Thanks Bruce
