Is it possible to reconnect a landline number my family had years ago?

Hi.

About a few years ago, my family disconnected a landline number because it didn't seem to be necessary to have them with everyone having their own cell phone. The main reason why I want to reactivate this number is because it's connected towards a few old Google accounts I made a long time ago. It seems like this number is the only way I could get access to those accounts after talking to Google Support.

Any help would be appreciated towards this.

The odds are against you. While it used to be you could retrieve an unused old number, now the reps are only able to assign number that the computer generates. I wish you luck
