Pay Off Your Phone Promo

NEVER DO THE PAY OFF YOUR PHONE PROMOTION! I have been waiting since January for over $900 that i owe to AT&T from switching. It seems like the customer service department is doing everything they can to NOT give me my money back. I keep getting the runaround over and over again. I have spoken to numerous representatives and their managers and this is still not resolved. This is unacceptable customer service. Never will i do business with Verizon again.

Hi,

I worked at ATT when we were doing switch and we'll pay off your phones. Some customers didn't get their payoff so I had to find them a solution.

Submit an FCC complaint. The FCC will send it to verizon to respond and verizons office of the president will reach out to you and resolve the issue. Do not wait! This will save you so much time and headache rather than dealing with verizon customer care.
