First, you need to run the IMEI on the BYOD compatibility checker to make sure it works on Verizon:
Then, either visit a Verizon store near you - the Stores link at the top of the page will find the closest stores for you. I recommend a corporate Verizon store over the "authorized retailer" ones. If going to a store isn't convenient, use a different phone and call Prepaid CS at 888-294-6804, hours: 8 AM - 7 PM CDT (Mon - Sat) 8 AM - 5 PM CDT (Sun).
