While I'm in the thread linked below, there is a persistent live chat button appearing on the bottom right corner and the AI bot will even open up a live chat window. At first, it said something about "having a problem with an order" and asked if I wanted help or something. I closed the chat window. Later, when I navigated back to the same thread, the live chat box was at the bottom right again and opened up another live chat window about "before you go…" I closed the chat window again. What is going on? Is this a new feature being added to the forums to get around the CSRs not being able to post directly to the forums? I do not see this live chatbot appearing anywhere else in the forums.
