LG Cosmos

I have an LG cosmos that when I enter text on a new text message, it does not wrap. When I get to the end of the current line it starts a new bubble so to speak. I have looked and looked for a setting for this but I can't find one. Anyone know how to make it word wrap on text messages again?

I have an LG Cosmos and my texting works fine! I just keep typing and the lines keep wrapping so I'm not sure why yours is acting up! I can type several pages with NO problems. I didn't have to change any settings either.

Not sure you answered the question adequately. My wife has the original LG Cosmos. I have the Cosmos-2. When she enters text, the display shows Word Wrap when she gets to the end of a line. My Cosmos-2 does not do this, which is what I want, and Page 28 (for the Cosmos-2) does NOT address that.

Nothing on Page 26 (Cosmos) or Page 28 (Cosmos-2) addresses Word Wrap. Interesting, however, that when the text message is received when sent from my phone (Cosmos-2), the receivedd message is correctly formatted. I cannot find this as a display option.

Any ideas?

Hi Paul,

I understand your concerns regarding the word wrap feature displayed on your wife's phone (LG Cosmos) and not on your phone (LG Cosmos 2). Please keep in mind that phone manufacturers not always include all features on different phone models and this feature difference is normal. In fact some features change on same phone models when a software update is released and pushed to phones. The word wrap feature may not be a part of your particular device as no notation about word wrap exists in your device's manual.

I would recommend changing the text input mode from T9 Word to Abc and/or vice versa and see if that changes the way your text is displayed on your screen.
