busy signal dialing voicemail

I have been in formed by someone who tried to call me that they are not able to leave a voicemail message.

I dial my voicemail and have been getting a busy signal. I also notice that on the 'voicemail' screen --the date shown is feb 18, 11 9:57 a. That was 6 days ago. ??????????????????????????

Try dialing *73 then send or call. Then restart your phone. Then try dialing your voicemail again. This will probably resolve the issue for you.
