Purchased my storm in October of 2010, had it replaced twice do to software issue now I have removed and reinstalled my desktop manager 3 times now, it will not let me register new phone, because it will no longer work with OUTLOOK. The phone will still not connect with my Verizon account. I do no longer wish to use blackberry I think the product SUCKS EGGS, Verizon will not replace this junk with another phone (with something other than a rebuilt storn strange I purchased a new phone and get a rebuilt replacement when there product failed ) even though I have the replacement plan. I think 5 month of working with this junk was more than fare on my part. What’s up VERIZON why do you not support your product? Verizon did offer to allow me to purchase a new phone but will not refund me the cost of this storm.
