Started having sporadic duplicate texts starting last month. Still having problems with receiving and sending duplicate texts. They come immediately one after another. Called customer service last Friday with the problem. They walked me through a factory reset (which resulted in lost pictures on my phone) this did nothing to resolve the problem. Now, my wife is having the same problems with the same phone (Pantech Crux) She just received 3 texts from her sister that turned into 6 as they were all duplicates. Any suggestions? Probably going to have to go to the store again and troubleshoot. (and get the same crappy, never get anything resolved service as usual.) thanks!
