Double contacts on speedial

Everything went smooth with gingerbread update.I checked my contact from the list and they were all there BUT when I went to set uo my speeddial again I had 2 contacts of everything and cannot delete just one of them from that setting on the phone-Any way????-Also, what do you suggest for my default back up that I need to set-Back up assistant or google------THANX

Have you tried removing quick dial settings and select the ones you want again?    And as for backup default, I do not use BA and Google has worked flawless for me.... I would say go with Google..
