Anyone out there know how to unlock the keypad? Just got my phone, pull it out of my purse, locked...i didn't set up anything, is there a default?
There is a Lock Button on the top left of the phone. Try pressing that to unlock your Bold.

Is the phone asking you for a Password?
no it wasn't, i hit the mute key and then the lock again at the top left and that worked. THANKS everybody!
