1. Turn off old device if you still have.
2. Power Up New device
3. Dial *228 and #1 from new device
4. Follow and quesrtions asked, there usually is about 3 or 4 - This should go through the activation process for you.
4. Enjoy new device..
Note: If this doesnt work you will either have to activate your device through My Verizon on the web or contact CS and have them do it for you.....
