Is the charger international voltage? What do I need to charge my phone in Europe. Thanks

If you have a Verizon Wireless Global device, the package that the device comes in includes International Adaptor Clips for charging, as a standard charger will not work in Europe.

I have a htc Trophy that did not come with international clips. Where can I find them? (I've spoken with a Verizon store in Phx, AZ, HTC and the HTC accessories provider pdcphones.com. Everyone has failed to have a solution).
