My question is...How Do You Find The SIm Card ID number on the HTC Imagio Handset?

seancass35, below are instructions how to view the SIM number while SIM is inserted and the device is powered on:
SIM View
Tap Start > Tap Settings > Tap All Settings > Tap System > Tap Device Information > Tap Identity Tab

SIM View / GSM Settings: You must be in GSM/UMTS mode to access GSM/UMTS services.
Remove the handset battery cover.
Remove the battery.
Remove the SIM card.
On one side of the SIM card is a number.
That's the SIM card serial # (IMSI#).
sorry i wasn'r specific...i meant while the phone is on...like do i go to settings or something?
