i have tryed a system restore and clean wipe, niether of wich fixed the problem... does any one know why.
What steps did you take to get to the Factory/Master restore if you can not get to the menu???
Try this:
1. Turn off device.2. Hold the volume DOWN key then press the power key. Wait 2 seconds and release the power key first then release the volume key.3. Wait about 10 seconds before touching anything....this is important as the phone is reading PMG files.4. Click down on the volume DOWN key 4 times.5. Press the power key.
That would be how i did the restore. i know thats not what its called - but thats what i ended up typing.
