Thank you for your inquiry. Adding to what was stated, here are a few more default lock codes you can try to use have the device unlocked. If the suggested codes do not work, you may need to have to do a factory reset on the device that will erase all the data on the phone.
To unlock the device try:
1. Press the right soft key to choose Unlock, enter the lock code then press the center of the 5-way navigation pad if required.
