I need the Verizon's CEO mailing address. I got a Blackberry Curve recently and it stated it had an instant rebate of $100.00. Not true. It is a SCAM. I want to write him and let him know. Customer Service is totally USELESS!!!

If it was an instant rebate, it should have come off at the point of sale. Did it come off? If not, why did you proceed with the purchase?
Also, was this online, in a store, an authorized retailer?
