What an awful list of choices for a 'new' phone....
I am/was a long time Centennial customer and I recently recieved a letter about the fact that my phone (one that I paid good money for not even a year ago) will no longer be able to be used after July. The 'options' to replace my phone are limited and look like they come from the stone age. The options for my husband's phone is not much better and we weren't even given the same limited options. What awful, ugly, primitive phone choices all around. Seriously? *this* is the only option? I looked up the descriptions online to try and decide which phone to 'check' on their box and as far as I can tell, they're 'prepaid' phones!!!! WHAT?!?!?! I'm locked into a contract and I'm forced to choose these awful phones?!? It's not like I have the most basic plan out there.
At the very least they could continue to service my existing phone...but no...I'm heading backwards and will be a laughing stock with this crude ugly looking phone.
