Dear verizon,
Do you know what PD{word filter avoidance} stands for? Poorly Designed Piece of **bleep**.... excuse my language. I, (fairly) recently, purchased a Droid X (refurb), i was surprised at how cheap it was going for, only $100? while a brand new one was $500. Well after I got the phone I now realize why it was selling for so cheap.
The phone has gotten progressively worse since I first rcvd it. The thing is slow, the apps constantly malfunction, the phone has its good days and bad days where sometimes it will randonly restart.
I love that the camera is 8mp, but what good is it if the apps dont function properly.
The battery that came with the phone...sucked. Lasted half a day- not even. I bought another battery that is supposed to last at least a day, and it does for the most part. But thats only when the phone isnt malfunctioning like crazy. why didnt the phone just come with the longer lasting battery? (common sense... they just want your money)
Honestly the phone has impressed me to a certain degree, but im beginning to hate everything about it... it's appearance is just down right ugly. It's big and bulky, compared to other smart phones this Droid X is the ugliest phone ive ever seen. I have an Ipod Touch Fourth Gen that operates better than this thing,
I looked long and hard for someone to complain to. I called the customer service hotline and they said I would have to troubleshoot the problems with a tech. I am very very sorry that I bought this PD{word filter avoidance}... Verizon, Please send me a less **bleep**ty phone for my money?
Thanks for listening
